RIGHT TO KNOW ACT INFORMATION

 

            Pennsylvania passed the “Right to Know” Law – Act 3 of 2008 to expand access to public records.  The new law took effect on January 1, 2009. 

 

In accordance with the law, the Central Delaware County Authority (CDCA) has designated the Authority Secretary, as our Open Records Officer.  Requests for information must be submitted to our Open Records Office in person, by mail or email.  You may contact us as follows:
